How do I request a quote?

Simply fill out our online quote request form at coppersummitevents.com/quote. Tell us about your event date, location, guest count, and the items you need. We'll review your request and send you a personalized quote — usually the same day or within 24 hours.

How far in advance should I reserve?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend events and peak seasons like spring and summer. Popular dates fill up quickly. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

Question 3

Is there a minimum rental order?

No. There is no minimum item requirement. Whether you need 2 tables or 20, we're happy to help. However, we do have a $35 minimum order total, which includes your rental items, delivery fees, and applicable taxes. Delivery fees are based on distance and order size, so smaller orders may have a higher delivery-to-rental ratio. If you're unsure whether your order meets the minimum, simply request a quote, and we'll be happy to provide a personalized estimate.

Can I make changes after submitting my quote request?

Absolutely. Once you receive your quote, you can request adjustments to quantities, items, or dates before confirming your reservation. We want to make sure your order is exactly right for your event.

How long does it take to receive my quote?

We aim to respond to all quote requests the same day, and always within 24 hours. During peak seasons, response times may be slightly longer, but we'll always keep you informed.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer professional delivery throughout Arizona's West Valley, including Buckeye, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Surprise, Glendale, and Phoenix. Delivery fees are based on your event location and order size and are always included in your quote.

How are delivery fees calculated?

Delivery fees are based on the distance from our base in Buckeye, your order size, and any special requirements. All fees are fully itemized in your personalized quote — no surprises on delivery day.

Can I pick up my rentals?

At this time, we operate as a delivery-based service. This ensures your equipment arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Delivery fees are always included in your quote.

Do you offer setup?

Yes! We offer optional setup services. Just let us know when you request your quote and we'll include setup in your personalized pricing. Setup availability depends on scheduling, so we recommend requesting it early.

Do you offer teardown services?

Yes, we offer optional teardown services as well. We'll coordinate a pickup time that works for you so you don't have to worry about anything after your event.

What happens if I need a different delivery time?

We understand that event schedules can change. If you need to adjust your delivery or pickup time, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on our schedule.

How long is the rental period?

Standard rentals are for the duration of your event, typically one day. If you need items for multiple days — for example, delivery the day before and pickup the day after — just let us know and we'll include that in your quote.

Are your tables and chairs cleaned before every rental?

Absolutely. Every table, chair, and linen is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before delivery. We take pride in delivering equipment that looks great and is ready to use the moment it arrives.

What happens if something is damaged?

We understand that accidents happen at events. If any rental item is damaged during your rental period, please let us know as soon as possible. Damage fees may apply depending on the extent of the damage. We'll always communicate clearly and fairly.

Can I rent for multiple days?

We also accept contactless payments, including Apple Pay and Tap to Pay. We'll provide payment instructions with your quote, making it easy and secure to complete your reservation.

When is my remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is typically due before or on the day of delivery. Your quote will include specific payment terms so you know exactly what to expect.

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. We believe in completely transparent pricing. Your quote will include all costs — rental fees, delivery fees, and any optional services like setup. What you see in your quote is what you pay.

What cities do you serve?

Do you deliver outside your primary service area?

If your event is outside our primary service area, contact us anyway. We may still be able to accommodate your event depending on the location, schedule, and order size. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Can you accommodate large events?

Yes! We regularly serve large events including community festivals, HOA gatherings, corporate events, and large wedding receptions. Tell us about your event in your quote request and we'll make sure we can meet your needs.

What happens if it rains?

Arizona weather can be unpredictable, especially during monsoon season. If weather threatens your event, contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to find the best solution, whether that's adjusting your schedule or making other arrangements.

Can rentals be used outdoors?

Yes! Our tables, chairs, and linens are suitable for outdoor use. For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup plan for unexpected weather, especially during Arizona's summer monsoon season (July through September).

What if I need to reschedule because of weather?

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule due to weather, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Rescheduling policies will be outlined in your rental agreement.
